Angela Bailey joined the Jones-Heroy & Associates team in August 2023, stepping into the role of Technician.  Prior to joining JHA, Angela worked at DPIS Engineering, LLC (aka Arcxis) for 10 years.  During her tenure at DPIS Engineering, Angela held the position of Manager of the Builder Integration Group.  In this capacity, she worked to improve the project process and the development of innovative, efficient methods for handling engineering plans.  Angela earned certificates in the interpretation of engineering plans, site plans, and HVAC systems.  Furthermore, she collaborated with the Texas Department of Insurance in the processing and approval of windstorm area inspections and certifications, ensuring regulatory compliance and quality assurance.

Angela’s experience provides valuable understanding of construction processes, regulatory processes, and attention to detail essential to her role with JHA of providing support with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) bond application process, construction documentation management, and Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) documentation and reporting.
