Stacy Brack received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Management from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 1998. Stacy joined Jones-Heroy & Associates, Inc. 2014, following a 24-year career with the City of Lampasas. During her tenure with the City, she served as Interim City Manager, City Secretary/Assistant City Manager, Parks and Recreation Director, Code Enforcement Officer, and Public Works Assistant. Stacy is responsible for assisting in office administration, construction bidding and documentation, Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) documentation and reporting, and TCEQ bond application process for utility districts in the Austin area.
