Jenny Pollard joined Jones-Heroy & Associates, Inc. in January 2023, having worked in the land development industry for over 20 years.  Prior to joining JHA, Jenny worked with Randall Jones Engineering, Inc., Austin, Texas.  Jenny’s experience provides valuable understanding of construction processes and attention to detail essential to her role with JHA of providing administrative support and support with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) bond application process and construction documentation management.
