Carmen received a master’s degree in Geography with a minor in GIS from the University of Stuttgart, Germany in 2000. Carmen’s professional experience includes working as GIS Specialist for L.R. Kimball in Fayetteville, NC, as County Planner for Cumberland County, NC and as Regional Planner for the Lower Chattahoochee Regional Development Center in Columbus, GA. She is responsible for GIS/mapping and project coordination.
