Bert Holmstrom received a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the Texas A&M University in 1975. Before joining Jones-Heroy & Associates Inc. in 2021, Bert worked 10 years with the City of Killeen in the Public Works Department.  During Bert’s tenure with the City of Killeen, he was a Project Manager responsible for management of construction projects involving streets, water, wastewater, and storm drains while working with various contractors to ensure construction was completed on time and within City of Killeen requirements.  Bert is responsible for construction observation and project coordination.
